Mike Lally
Principal
With over 30 years of experience, Mike has been a student of integrated business systems and the benefits designing/maintaining a healthy corporate culture. He has a technical background with engineering studies in mechanical systems dynamics, sensors, and signal processing at both the under-gradate and graduate level. Practically, he spent the majority of his career working with his four brother to scale their second generation group of businesses. He has authored numerous papers and spoken at technical conferences around the world while supporting the global ecosystem of automotive and aerospace manufacturers, as well as government research organizations. Exiting in 2016, Mike has transitioned to investing, coaching and advising growth minded companies. He has a passion for integrated strategy and simplified execution planning with special attention to core values and a strong corporate culture.
Nick Frank
Associate
Nick recently returned to the US after living in various parts of Europe including the UK, France, and most recently Switzerland. While there, at the age of 20, Nick co-founded a contract manufacturing company and vetted critical supply chain relationships with quality high volume manufacturers in the Pacific Rim region. His experience is in Design for Manufacturing, and he specializes in RFID/IoT and high volume turn-key production with integrated logistic service. Coupling this with import/export knowledge made Nick a trusted resource to major players in the automotive, aerospace and military markets. Nick also has experience in production finance and the film industry.
